Click on Gift Certificate on the left hand side to expand the menu structure, and then click on the Summary sub-menu to go to that page.

This area displays the summary of the Gift Certificates that the member has issued. It is represented in a tabular format with the following attributes. You may wish to expand or shorten the list to suit your view by selecting the Results per page (drop-down list) on the top/bottom right corner of the table.

• Gift Certificate Number: A numeric code generated by the system to uniquely distinguish the certificate .
• Password: The password for redeeming the gift certificate.
• Emailed To: The email address of the recipient. Not applicable for the certificates generated in bulk.
• Redeemed by Username: The username of the recipient who has redeemed the certificate.
• Amount: How much the certificate is worth? The certificates would appear for the selected currency.
• Status: The current status of the gift certificate, i.e. whether it is Active, Redeemed or has been Cancelled.

The certificates with Active status (i.e. have not been redeemed), can be cancelled. To do that, simply click on the corresponding Cancel button for the one you wish to abort. The amount carried by that gift certificate will then be added back to the Personal Account for that currency type (USD or CAD).
