Click on the Distributor option in the left hand menu or under the General section of the home page to go to the Distributor Search interface. Then search for the member in your system by providing the Username, Name or any other relative criteria, and then by clicking on the Search button below.
Once you are in the Distributor Maintenance area of the member, click on the Viewers > Genealogy in the left hand menu to go to that page..
This would take you to the Member Genealogy page, where you can find the information (as described below) about that member's downline distributors.
- Level: The level (in the downline tree) in which that member has been placed.| Side: In which side/leg has the member been placed.
- Date Enrolled: The date on which the member signed up into the system. | Status: The status of the member, i.e. Active, Pending, etc.
- Member: The username of the distributor/member. | Sponsor: The username of the member who had sponsor the current member.
- Profit Ctr: This displays the profit center the member is in. This option is only relevant if you have multiple profit centers in your comp plan.
- QtySpons: The number of distributors sponsored by that member. | Qty Cust: The number of customers sponsored by that member.
- Qty Active Ctrs: How many active centers the members have. | Name | Phone: The full name and the contact number of the member.
- Best Rank: The best rank that the member has ever achieved. | Volume: How much volume that member has.
- Autoship: How much volume is in their autoship setup. | CV: The current volume for the last 5 commission period.
- Note: For Autoship volume, it is how much they will receive on a successful autoship transaction.
- The Genealogy report is NOT A REAL TIME REPORT. It is updated every 24 hours. It is NOT POSSIBLE for this particular report to be made real time due to its nature and Server Crushing Characteristics. Real time reports include Genealogy PS, Downline Viewers, Summary, and if you requested it, Earnings report.
- The report data under the Viewers section are different for Admin and Members. In other words, you do NOT see the same information on this report (as an admin looking from DistMaint) as the member sees from their account. Hence, do not panic if you find any difference.
- Having said that, if you login to the Members Lounge via the Members link at the bottom right of DistMaint (left hand menu), you will see the report with Admin privileges. The only way to see the reports as the Member sees, it is to actually login as a member to a test account.
You can sort the rows in the table alphabetically or numerically (increasing or decreasing manner) by clicking on the respective attribute link. You can also break the table to show number of rows based on your choice. To do that enter the value in the Results per page text-box and hit on Update Prefs.
The system also provides you with the ability to send custom emails to the members from this page. To do that, click on the username (link) of the member (appearing under Member and Sponsor column). Note that the username of the member whose DistMaint you are in, will also appear as link.
This will take you to the Member Mails page, where the following fields will be displayed. Fill in the content and then click on the Send Mail button.
- Recipient | Email: Displays the name and the registered email address of the member to whom the email will be sent.
- Subject | Body: You need to type in the subject and the message of the email (to be sent) in the respective text-areas.
Next, an Emailed successfully! message will be displayed on screen. Getting back to the Member Genealogy page, below the downline distributor table, you will notice another table displaying the number of distributors in each level in the downline of this member. This is just a summary for reference.
