b. Charge/Invoice



This section is where you deal with all the money. Depending on what payment types you have chosen for the various sections, the appropriate payment handling areas will appear here. You will need to tell us what payment types you wish to have for each of the following sections.

NOTE: Before processes comms, goto Unpaid Orders > Credit Card and click Process. This brings up a list of all cards that have failed and how many times you have tried them. Retry any existing orders that affect the com period you are processing. This ensures any who should be financial are, and you don’t have members not getting paid due to a gateway glitch or timing issue on payments to their credit card provider. i. Unpaid Orders


This is where all orders end up that need to be processed.

Payment Types – The payment types that are available to you to process.

QTY to Proc. – Quantity to Process: Number of each payment types that need to be processed.

Process! – Click Process button next to display payment type to process.

Personal Commission Account –
Order Number – Is the order number of the products to be paid for this transaction.
Username – This is a clickable link that will bring up in a new window the Admin interface for this member where you can check out any details you need to check regarding this particular member.
Name – Name on Card
Order Date – This is the date the order is placed and the comm. Period the order will fall into.
Amount – This is the total amount of the order including taxes and shipping.
Progname – This shows how the order was generated in the system
Card Card – Credit Card Number
Paid –
Reference –
Update Orders – When you are happy and want to change the orders, tick the cards you wish to change and hit Charge Orders.

Credit Card – Click Process! next to the Credit Card Payment Type.
Order Number – Is the order number of the products to be paid for this transaction.

Declines – Total Number of declines member has received on this card for this order.
Last Response – Latest response from the Gateway.
Charge – When you are happy and want to change the orders, tick the cards you wish to change and hit Charge Orders.

Money Order/Bank Draft: View Order paid by Bank –
Money Order/Bank Draft: View Unprinted Bank – Click on this to verify the orders you wish to set for printing. You will find a report with the following columns
Money Order/Bank Draft: Historical Batches –
Order Number – Is the order number of the products to be paid for this transaction.
Username – This is a clickable link that will bring up in a new window the Admin interface for this member where you can check out any details you need to check regarding this particular member.
Name – Members Name
Order Date – This is the date the order is placed and the comm. Period the order will fall into.
Amount – This is the total amount of the order including taxes and shipping.
Progname – This shows how the order was generated in the system
Card Num –
Paid – This is where you have a few choices
i. Paid – If you got paid for this order and want to ship it and flow the points. In the case of a signup order it also sets the member as active in the system.
ii. Delete – Click here if you want to cancel this order and make it all go away.
iii. COD – Click this button if you want to generate an immediate COD order for this order. This will not flow points or set as paid the order, it will just transfer it to the cod section for immediate order printing and shipping instructions.
iv. Hold – Simply means you do not want to take any action on this order at this point.
v. Reference – You can put a check number here, or any other reference you would like to track regarding the payment.
