Admin Signup - Step 2

b. Personal Details:

Company Name – If the person wants to use a company name as the legal enrolled entity, enter the company name here. If you enter a company name, the system will set all settings of display to use the company name instead of the personal name, even if a personal name is entered in the following blanks. This can be changed in the admin section if you choose.


First Name – Need to have a first name in the system. Even if you have someone enroll in a company name, you need to enter a first name for contact purposes. If set, the company name will only be used. If you enter a first and last name but no company name, the system will use first and last name for all communications.


Last Name – Enter the persons last name here.


c. Address Details:

If the person intends to use the same address for mailing and shipping, it is not necessary to enter a mailing address and a shipping address. Just enter the Mailing Address and the system will use that for both. The system can deal with an unlimited number of addresses, you can access this feature from both the members lounge, or the admin pages.

Country – Select from the drop down the country the enrollment is in, after do this the page will refresh and you will now be able to select only the State/Provides from within your country.

Address 1 - This is usually the street address.

Address 2 - This is often blank but is used for more information in more difficult situations of address

City - The city the person is enrolling in.

State/Province - The state or province the person is enrolling in, if it is not in the list please select other and type it in the Other/County box below.

Zip/Postal Code - The zip or postal code will be there already if you entered it in the previous page.


d. Contact Details:

Home Telephone Number - Enter telephone number

Fax - Enter fax number if they have one.

Cell Phone Number - Enter cell phone or mobile phone number

Work Phone Number - Enter work number if provided

Primary Telephone - This is where you put their preference of which phone number to use as the primary contact.

Your E-mail Address - Will be filled in if you entered it in Sign Up Step 1.

Confirm Email - Enter the email address again to make sure you have not made a mistake.

Cellphone Email - The system will send to all notifications to both email addresses on file.

SSN / SIN - This is a Tax file number, that is used. This title can be changed in the translation section.


e. Birthday or Company Incorporation Date:


This date defaults to today’s date 20 years ago. Enter the Year, Select the Month, and Select the Day. This is not mandatory and is turned off by default in Configuration > System Prefs section.

f. Gender:


Enter the gender of the member if you have it. If you do not want to collect this information that is no problem, you can just leave it blank. This is turned off by default, please let us know if you want it and we can turn it back on.

g. Security Information:


Password – This field is critical and should possibly be added to collect on your application form. This is the password the member will use to access their members lounge or back office.

Confirm Password – to make sure you have entered it correctly.

Security Question – Select a security question – this is used to allow you to more easily verify the identity of this member should they ask sensitive information or password reset.

Security Question Answer – the answer to the question they selected.


h. Placement Details:

Sponsor Handle – This is the handle of the sponsor. If you do not know it, you can use the Lookup Function beside this blank.

Lookup function will spring open a popup which will allow you to enter the members name, paperwork id, or whatever other information you have into the appropriate blank, and click on the userid number on the left side of the page for the member you are looking for. Upon clicking on this number, the window will close and the selected members handle will be put into the Sponsor Handle blank automatically.

Place Username – this is where you put the person who this member is to be placed under. Due to the fact that it is often the same handle as the sponsor, the system will autopopulate this field with the same handle as the sponsor handle blank. If this is not correct feel free to change it to what you want.

Place Leg – the field directly under Place Username, sometimes has not tag to say it is Place Leg due to system settings, if this is the case in your system and you use Leg Placement Please let us know immediately so we can configure it for you.


This is where you can specify the actual line the person will be placed in. Even if you do not allow line placement from members, the Admin Section will allow you to do this during a signup for cases where it is necessary. An example would be george signs up mary, but wants to place mary on leg 3 of frank. Only necessary if you allow it in your commission plan.

Profit Ctr – (only relevant if you have multiple profit centers in your comp plan)

1. 1 Center Binary - if you have a 1 center binary without expansion center capabilities, this section will not show up, you will just have Place Handle and Placement Preference.

2. 3 Center Binary - If you have a 3 center binary setup, this is where you put the absolute placement information of a member.


Profit center 1 is the top center, but it already by default has profit center 2 under it on its left and profit center 3 under it on its right.
Profit center 2 would signify the center on the left of profit center 1
Profit center 3 would signify the center on the right of profit center 1.

3. Matrix or Unilevel - This section will not show up as is not necessary.


Placement Preference -

1. Binary

Autofill will put 1 member on the same side as the upline is on, then 1 on the other side, then one on the same side, then one on the other side etc.

Left will put it to the left of the profit center specified in profit center.

Right will put this new member right of the profit center specified in profit center.

2. Matrix

Autofill will put members in left to right, top to bottom based on the matrix settings you added to systemprefs. (this can be customized to fit your creativity, contact INS for a consultation and quotation)

Leg1, Leg2, Leg3 etc. will put the member in the first available position at the bottom of the selected leg.

3. Uni-Level

Autofill will put members in left to right, top to bottom based (this can be customized to fit your creativity, contact INS for a consultation and quotation)

Leg1, Leg2, Leg3 etc. will put the member in the first available position at the bottom of the selected leg.

i. Submit The Signup:


Click "Continue >>" to continue to the next step.

If the system recognizes another member with First Name, Last Name, and Postal Code you will see a duplicate member warning where you can decide to continue or abort the signup process. Click the appropriate Cancel signup or Continue signup as you desire.

If you do not have a duplicate you will now be on the product order page.
