The display of some buttons in the Admin interface is determined by the User Type.
A good example of this is the 'Update' button in the Status section of Distributor Maintenance - the button are not usually visible to Junior Admin (though this Admin area itself is accessible). Although Junior Admin can view the area, they cannot change the distributor's status as the button is not shown to them.
