Ad. Co-Op

Image
The Advertising Cooperative is a pool of members who have purchased shares for redirection of advertising links to their member sites.
The first step is setting up the domains which you want to redirect to rotator members (who have bought shares in the advertising coop):

Edit Domains for Advertising Co-Operative:

Here you may enter the domains (sites) which will redirect to the members listed below in the Rotator Members section. When these domains are hit by visitors, those visitors will be redirected to the next rotator member in order.

  • Domain URL: Enter the domain you wish to have redirection to rotator members operating for.
  • Admin Promo Code: Enter any associated promo code you wish to track.
  • Hits: Shows the number of hits the domain has recorded (this is tracked after setup).
  • URL Status: Active = working, Suspended = not active.
  • Edit: This shows an 'edit' link for existing domains, which can be used to edit the details.
  • Delete: This shows a 'delete' link for existing domains, which can be used to remove the entry.

Note: when adding a link, ensure the domain is included (not just "/ht/1", you need the domain also: "www.60007.com/ht/1").

Entering Rotator Members:

When the domains listed above are visited, the visitors will be redirected to the member sites for members listed in the rotator members. This is on a rotating basis, so when one rotator member entry has been directed to, it goes to the bottom of the rotation and the next rotator member entry will get the next redirection.
When members buy multiple shares in the rotation they simply get allocated multiple list entries here.

  • Active: Tick to make active, untick to deactivate the rotator member entry.
