Common Issues and WHAT TO DO ABOUT THEM


Problem:

Your star leader did not earn!

Solution:

This is nearly always related to a data entry issue. Bring the star leader's account up in Distributor Maintenance by searching for them in the Distributor interface, then clicking on their id number. Check the invoices link.

Check they have a PAID invoice on file showing any products or product volumes you have specified necessary to be an earner in your commission plan. For example: if they need to activate a center with 100 points in product purchase, make sure they have paid invoices for 100 points. If you have a minimum monthly point purchase amount, make sure they have purchased this amount with paid invoices.

The other major factor which can cause this is the Leader not qualifying due to one or more of his personally enrolled members not having a PAID invoice on file in the right date range. To check this: click the Summary Report in Distributor Maintenance for the person you are investigating. This will present a listing of all their personally enrolled members. It will also show you whether they are Active and if they have a volume order. If all members have volume and are active, they all count toward qualifications. Make sure there are enough on the list to qualify the Leader as you expected him to be qualified.
